How dispatch actually works

Calls get grouped by geography the evening before: river-east runs for Kennewick and Pasco, river-west runs folding Richland, West Richland and Benton City together. That's why naming your neighborhood when you call helps — if a truck is already headed to your quadrant, you may inherit a same-day slot somebody else's cancellation just opened. Edge addresses — Finley, Burbank, out toward Prosser — aren't on the standard loop, but ask; when the day's routing passes nearby, we take them.
