Where we come from

Delta Appliance Fix operates from Stevens Drive in north Richland — the stretch of town between the Parkway and the airport, where half the morning traffic is headed to Hanford or PNNL. Starting the day there puts the whole loop within easy reach: down George Washington Way to central Richland, across I-182 to Pasco, over the cable bridge to Kennewick, and out Van Giesen when West Richland and Benton City calls stack up.

What we chose not to be

We don't chase every appliance ever made. Five specialties — dryers, washers, refrigerators and freezers, the stove-range-oven stack, and ice makers — get all of our parts budget, all of our training time, and all of the room on the truck. Microwaves, dishwashers and commercial kitchen gear aren't on the list, and when a call falls outside our lane we say so before anyone pays for a visit.

• Flat quote in writing before work starts; the invoice matches it
• Parts-and-labor warranty on every completed job
• A straight answer on fix-versus-replace, even when it talks us out of a job
• The same price sheet in Benton City as in central Richland

Why the number keeps growing

The 460+ completed-repair counter isn't marketing math — it's mostly referrals compounding. A fixed dryer on Wright Avenue turns into a neighbor's washer, a property manager's rental fridge, a parent's range across town. In a market this size, reputation is the only advertising that compounds, and we guard it accordingly.
